Great video. I can certainly spend the minute each morning it takes to combine the 3 ingredients, nuke it in the microwave for 5 minutes, and add seasoning. It looks pretty tasty too.

ReplyDeleteOf course I am looking to get awesome six pack abs. I work out but I don't follow a proper diet. This breakfast recipe and other on this site are easy to follow though, so I am sure I will be able to get into a dietary regime I can live with. Thank you!
