This is my motto. And I have been going down the hard road for the past 10 years. That choice has made me who I am today. And I believe that you can do it too! By telling you the story of my life, I will motivate you to go for your full potential! 
When I turned 18 I got drafted in the army, which was still mandatory at the time in my small ex-communist country. My previous life as an athlete had prepared me for the hard reality of the military, so I took it lighter than the other kids did. But spending two years as a soldier meant that I had lost my chances of becoming a professional basketball player, because I couldn’t practice there and soon lost my edge.

I had to watch the Lazar Angelov: Abs Workout video 3 times to be able to read the subtitles, but no problem. It was interesting. I will be a regular reader of your cool, helpful blog from now on.

  3. I purchased the ebook and it is really helping me a lot. It is fantastic.
    However I couldn't find the mantainance diet on my ebook.
    Is it just mine or am I missing something?

  5. The diet says to stay on phase on for five days but the routine lasts for two weeks? I am very confused. Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction here?

  6. This is the exercise mistake most everyone makes - including me, for 30 years. Then I discovered the secret to getting a better workout while saving 2 or 3 hours every week. Thank you Lazar for your help with the 6 pack abs workout!

    1. Each exercise taxes multiple muscles at once to blast calories, and all the twisting action takes inches off your waist.

  8. In the phase 5 it says that you can enjoy 4 of your favourite food two days a week. Does it mean that i can eat all 4 two times with 8 meals in total in a week?

  12. I've been trying to develop abs for as long as I can remember. Guess it is true abs are made in the kitchen cause my diet is the one thing I have trouble with! VS
