I stopped doing squats and now I do only leg press

6 months ago even walking was a challenge for me. I remember that it was hard for me to walk more than 10 min without taking a rest because the pain in my knees was killing me. 2/3 of my knee cartilage is gone and I still can't do a lot of activities that normal people take for granted. But I feel better after 2 knee surgeries and I'm still grateful that I can walk and I can do some leg exercises. I stopped doing squats and now I do only leg press with a lot of reps.Be grateful for the simple things you have now, because when you lose them you will realize how important they were!#Grateful#NeverQuit#ComeBackStronger
