Good morning everyone! I'm drinking my morning coffee before I hit the gym for 40 min cardio. The best time to do cardio is early morning on empty stomach or after a weight training when the glycogen stores are depleted. I also take Shredz Supplements Bcaa+Glutamine to prevent muscle breakdown during the long cardio session.
