Flat Stomach Workout | 10 minute INTENSE Abs Routine at HOME
Hey Loves! For today's Fitness Friday video I'm sharing a flat stomach workout that I've been doing for about a month now. This is a 10 minute intense abs workout routine that you can do at home. This workout is a great for weight loss, defining your stomach and creating the abs you dream of.
There are 8 exercises that are each done for a full minute with a 15 second rest in between. I also included some tips for beginners or advanced levels. Also, keep in mind diet and nutrition play a huge factor in creating abs, but this workout will help you well on your way.
