A 15 minute intense HIIT style BOOTY/LEG WORKOUT that is EQUIPMENT FREE, and you can do AT HOME or ANYWHERE!


WORKOUT:

2 min jumping jack squats
2 hip thrusts


*30 second break*

2 min lunge pulses (switching to other leg after 1 min)
2 min glute kickbacks


*30 second break*

2 min curtsey lunges
2 min side leg lifts (pulsing for 10 sec every 30 sec, switching legs after 1 min)


*30 second break*

2 min shuffle squats
