WORKOUT SPLIT

* Squat to Shoulder Press 3×15
* Alternating Bicep Curls 3x12 each arm
* Deadlift into an Upright Row 3x15
* Tricep Extensions 3x15
* Lunge With Side Twist 3x12 each leg
* Bent Over Single Arm Row 3x12 each side
* Push Ups On Dumbbells 3x15
* Curtsy Lunge 3x12 each leg
