Your favorite fitness channel is back with another amazing arms workout for women! This is a homeworkout without equipment - however, you can make many of the exercises more challenging by adding dumbbells and resistance bands! My favorite part of this arm workout is that there are NO PUSHUPS! I know many of you loved the last set of arm exercises but the pushups were quite challenging so this workout is for those of you that want tank top arms but no pushups :D
